The children, families and adults that land with Make it Home Bay Area have very little and are provided with a truckload of items that they need, but couldn't afford. Your generosity makes it possible for us to turn an empty apartment into a home.Your financial support transforms lives, providing sustaining support for local families. Any donation, large or small, goes straight to our mission – and builds the foundation for healthy, happy homes.

Meet the businesses that have committed to partnering with us to help others and reduce waste by encouraging their clients to donate their gently-used items to us and give those items new, good homes!

Sometimes we get items that are not appropriate for our families but that we can sell for funds to put back into programming. Check out some of our latest items here. All these items are also available when you shop by appointment —email shop@makeithomebayarea.org.
